The Unmuted Intuitive
The Unmuted Intuitive, a podcast dedicated to the art of **Into Me I See**.
I’m not here to tell you what your gut is saying or give you vague "love and light" affirmations. I’m here to talk about the patterns we repeat, the reflections we try to avoid, and the inconvenient truths that live underneath our relationships and our lives.
As an intuitive reader, I don't just see the "vibe"...I see the framework. This is about the "holy shit" moments of self-reflection, the weird dynamics we play out in love, and the quiet bravery it takes to actually look at yourself without a filter.
If you’re tired of the preachy spiritual lectures and you’re ready for a grounded, slightly spicy, and deeply human look at how we operate, you’re in the right place.
**Into Me I See.** Because you can’t change what you aren’t willing to look at.

In this episode, we’re diving into that one connection you can’t seem to shake—the one that wrecked you, changed you, and left you wondering why it hurt so much more than the others. I’m sharing what I see as an intuitive when a connection feels "impossible" to move on from and why the length of a relationship has nothing to do with its impact on your soul.
We’re breaking down why the most painful relationships are often your biggest life-advancements, why a 10-day connection can matter more than a 10-year marriage, and how to stop viewing an ending as a "failure." Whether they stayed for a season or a lifetime, they were sent with a lesson plan.

Hey, welcome back. So today we're talking about something that I know is going to hit different for a lot of you because I want to talk about that person. You know exactly who I'm talking about. The one you can't stop thinking about even though it's been months. The one that wrecked you in a way nobody else ever has. The one that when it ended, you felt like you lost a piece of yourself. You couldn't quite get back. And maybe you asked yourself, why did that hurt so much more than anything else? Why can't I just get over it? Why do I feel like that person came into my life for a reason, even though I can't explain it? Well, today I'm going to answer that question. And I promise by the end of this episode, you're going to see that connection completely different. First, I'm going to start here. Not everyone who comes into your life will hit the same way, right? Like you've dated people, you've had situationships, you've had relationships that ended, and it might have stung for a while, but eventually you were able to move on and you were fine. And then there's that one person where none of that other stuff even applies. Where moving on doesn't seem to work no matter how hard you try, where you find yourself thinking about them at random moments, months, maybe even years later, where something about that connection just will not let you go. And here's what I want you to understand about that. That is not you being crazy, it's not you being overly obsessed, it's not you being weak, it's not you being too sensitive. That is actually your first clue that what you experienced with that person was something much deeper than a quote regular relationship. Because not everyone has the ability to affect you like that. Most people can't touch those deep parts of you. Most people move through your life and they leave like very little behind. But that one person, that one person got in, and they got in deep, and there's a reason for that. I'm giving you this from a perspective of an intuitive reader, because this is something that I can feel very clearly, I can see it very clearly, I know it when I read for people. When someone comes to me and they're still not over a connection that they had with somebody, when they're like months or years out and they still feel like a pull towards them, what I feel is never what they expect me to say. They usually come to me thinking I'm gonna tell them whether or not this person is coming back, or that they're doing too much, or what everybody else is telling them, like, look, you just gotta move past it and get over it. They think I'm gonna say whether or not they still love them, um, whether all of this is in their head. And yes, those things matter, and yes, I can feel those things too. But what I also feel every single time is that that connection happened for a reason, and it goes beyond the relationship itself. Usually, when you meet somebody like that, that person came into your life to show you something, to teach you something, to unlock something in you that nobody and nothing else could have reached? Even when it hurts, even when it ended, even when it didn't work out the way you wanted it to, like, think about for a second. Why do you think relationships that hurt the most are also the ones that taught you the most about yourself? Why is it that after a really hard breakup, you suddenly see yourself different? You know more about what it is that you want, you know more about what you won't accept, you know more about who you are than you did before that person came into your life. That doesn't happen in every relationship, it happens after specific ones. And I want you to think about that. The relationships that change you, the ones that pivot your life, the ones that make you see yourself in a whole different way, those are the ones that were always meant to go deeper than just love and romance. Now, love and romance is very much a part of it, but it's so much bigger than just that. They came to show you something about yourself that you couldn't see before, something you needed to see in order to grow to that next version of yourself. Because as humans, we don't like change, right? Like honestly, we don't like change, but our soul, it has to grow, like we're here to do that, and the one thing that forces us to grow are soulmate connections. Think about who you were before you met this person, and think about who you became afterwards. I can almost guarantee you that even through the pain, something changed, something in you grew, something in you woke up that wasn't there before. That's the biggest reason for the connection. The love and the romance is like a perk. But it's not the main reason. It's not why we met, it's not why we come in contact with these people, it's it's that's not the main goal. Now, here's another thing I want you to sit with for a minute. We've been taught that if a relationship ends, it failed. That it didn't or doesn't last forever, it wasn't what we thought it was. That if it hurt, it wasn't love. And I want you to completely flip that. Flip that idea. What if the ending of the connection was always meant to be exactly as long as it was? Whether it was 10 years or 10 months or 10 days. Some of the most life-changing connections don't last long at all. Sometimes a person can come into your life for what feels like seconds and leaves behind something that changed you completely. Like, have you ever had a conversation with someone you barely knew and it's just is stuck with you for years? Have you ever had a connection that was short, but you think about it more than relationships that lasted way longer? If yes, that's because the length of the connection has nothing to do with the depth of the impact that it had on you. The cliche goals, some people come into your life for a season, and their entire purpose is to show you something and then go. And then going is actually a part of it. Because sometimes the lesson isn't about marriage or a life partnership. Sometimes the lesson is what you find out about yourself after it ends, so you can get in alignment with the person you're supposed to be growing old with. So maybe you're listening to this right now and you're thinking about that one specific person that came to mind when you first start listening to this episode. And maybe this is giving you a little bit of peace, understanding that it happened for a reason, and it's not all bad, it's not all in your head, and you didn't do something wrong, and they didn't do something wrong, it went exactly the way it was supposed to go. And the pain meant something too. I still don't have complete clarity on why it happened or what I'm supposed to do with it now. That's actually very common too. It's something that I hear a lot from people. Um, when I do readings, that's why people book readings, actually. Um, but they're not just asking, will this person come back or will they still love me? Um, do they still love me? Although those are real questions that I get. They're also asking, okay, what am I supposed to do with this? How do I actually move on? Will I ever find love again after something this intense? So I want you to stay close because that's exactly what we're going to talk about in the next op episode, and I promise you the answer will be very, very helpful.
